At Earth Kingz you will never pay a subscription fee or any other ongoing charges!

Our deals are done on a singular case by case basis. First come, first serve, with no hidden charges.

Our service fee is for connecting source material with those who will receive it. This is a one time charge based on the amount of fill material you are moving. It is our task to find the least expensive, quickest solution for your fill material needs whether it is finding the right kind of fill for you or finding a place for your excess fill.

Typically, this is divided equally between the receiver and material source provider, where each end pays 50%, $2.00/yd each.

Examples of the Earth Kingz Difference

4,200 Yards of Sand Reused on Another Project

ScenarioA commercial site prep contractor in St. Paul ends up with 4,200 yards of clean sand bedding after overestimating for a foundation project.

Across town, a trenching company in Shoreview needs sand urgently to backfill utility runs but is facing high supply costs and delayed deliveries.

Earth Kingz Solution:

Earth Kingz steps in — not as a dirt supplier, but as a matchmaker. The sand is completely free — it would’ve otherwise gone to waste.

Each party only pays the Earth Kingz coordination fee of $3.50 per yard (split 50/50), meaning they each pay $1.75/yard, or $7,350 each.

Why it’s a smart move:

  • The excavation PM clears the site without paying disposal fees.

  • The utility PM gets exactly what they need without buying from a supplier.

  • Both project managers look sharp for using what would’ve been waste — and saving thousands in the process.

Farmer Needs Land Raised, Contractor Needs Fill Gone

ScenarioA farmer near Princeton, MN is working on converting a seasonal wet patch into usable pasture. He needs about 3,500 cubic yards of compactable material to elevate and reshape the low-lying area.

Meanwhile, a commercial demolition crew in Zimmerman just tore up a parking lot and has a nearly perfect supply of compactable clay and granular fill they need off the site immediately. Hauling and dumping would cost them nearly $15,000 and delay their next job.

Earth Kingz Solution:

The farmer has expressed the need for fill, and Earth Kingz connects the two parties with the right logistics. At $3.50 per yard total, each party pays only $1.75/yard, for a total of $6,125 per party.

Why it’s a win:

  • The contractor saves time, avoids disposal site fees, and clears their jobsite on schedule.

  • The farmer gets high-volume fill delivered for a fraction of the cost of hiring a dirt crew.

  • Both project managers walk away looking like absolute heroes for making the right call.

Black Dirt from a Garden Project

ScenarioA homeowner in Ham Lake dug up 40 cubic yards of rich black dirt during a garden pond project and needs it removed.

A small nursery business in Forest Lake is expanding planter beds and needs organic-rich black dirt.

Earth Kingz Solution:

Earth Kingz connects them. Instead of the homeowner hiring a hauling service, and the nursery paying top dollar for bagged soil, each pays only $80 — and both walk away satisfied.

Why it’s a win:

  • The homeowner avoids the hassle and high cost of dirt removal.

  • The nursery gets premium organic material without paying retail.

  • Both save money, reduce waste, and feel great about the simple, smart solution Earth Kingz made possible.

Landscaping Companies Share Topsoil

ScenarioA residential landscaping crew in Coon Rapids has 300 yards of leftover screened topsoil after final grading. Meanwhile, a local commercial landscaper in Blaine is short on topsoil and racing to meet a deadline.

Earth Kingz Solution:

Instead of dumping or scrambling for suppliers, Earth Kingz matches the two instantly.

At $4.00/yard total (split $2.00 each), both parties pay only $600 — a huge savings over traditional disposal and supply routes.

The real win?

The outgoing PM avoids delays and fees. The incoming PM gets topsoil on demand. Both come out looking resourceful and cost-savvy.
