Our One Time Service Fee
At Earth Kingz you will never pay a subscription fee or any other ongoing charges. Our deals are done on a singular case by case basis. First come, first serve, with no hidden charges. Please note that there can be extra fees if additional services are required such as additional movement of the material or you would like us to acquire any rerquired permits. These will be explained if the need is requested, but are never an obligatory upcharge.
Our service fee is for connecting source material with those who will receive it. This is a one time charge of $4.00 per yard. It is our task to find the least expensive, quickest solution for your fill material needs whether it is finding the right kind of fill for you or finding a place for your excess fill.
Typically, this is divided equally between the receiver and material source provider, where each side pays just $2.00/yd. This fee is in addition to the negotiated cost of the source material per yard.
There are scenarios where the Earth Kingz cost may be picked up by one party or the other.
Receiver Pays
Receiver Pays $4.00/yd. Source Pays Nothing
When receiver gets material from a source otherwise not motivated to move their material.
The 50/50 Split
Receiver Pays $2.00/yd and Source Pays $2.00/yd.
When both parties mutually benefit from material transfer. This is the standard breakdown of our service split.
Source Pays
Source Pays $4.00/yd. Receiver Pays Nothing.
When receiver is willing to take the material, but not motivated to pay for it. Source benefits by having a place for their excess material.
